The car salesperson for my New 2016 Toyota Tacoma sale was Jim M. I think Jim was marvelous. He was very knowledgeable with Toyota Tacomas and didn"t press me in the least. I felt like Jim was a person I could joke around with directly but also, Jim was extremely respectful and that eliminated the tension from buying an auto. I am most often a very hard judge with many products, but I don"t have any complaints related to the total process. Five out of Five Stars, I am going to purchase from Maplewood Toyota Dealer in MN in the future.
